At Mindful Mediation we focus on helping identify the main issues that can be altered and focus on the betterment of the relationship or help the couple to ease out the issue in a healthy manner.


Happily married couples sometimes have issues while making plans and commonly argue about lots of things.

  • We focus on creating a healthier environment to help couples better understand each other.
  • Facilitating them to come to a mutual understanding on whether the divorce would be the ultimate solution to their marital problems or whether they should think of giving one last try to make their marriage work.
  • Methods help the couple to rethink with regards to their decision and cancel the divorce and then regular couple therapy can be suggested to continue until the couple doesn’t need any more therapy.
  • During this counseling session it is the responsibility of both partners to reply correctly to counseling questions and commit towards self-growth or else the entire session may lead nowhere. 


Counseling before a divorce can save a marriage from falling apart.

This is not taken up as an individual single session but will be included in the individual coaching session as a part of the holistic dynamic 6 session.
