At Mindful Mediation we focus on being a mediator helping identify situations that can be altered and changed for the betterment of the relationship.

  • The behaviors that bother each other are carefully studied and mediated to have an understanding of each other’s perspective.
  • Working on trust issues in a relationship.
  • Identifying and addressing issues affecting the relationship.
  • We focus more on making them learn relationship communication.

This is not taken up as an individual single session but will be included in the couple counselling or individual coaching session as a part of the holistic dynamic 6 session.
