At Mindfull Mediation, we make sure that the person in need of this therapy identifies and changes their negative patterns of thoughts and beliefs that result in distress.

This is not taken up as an individual single session but will be included in the individual coaching session as a part of the holistic dynamic 6 session for personal development.
