What are the areas of expertise at Mindfull mediation?

At Mindfull Mediation we focus one's attention on the present moment while acknowledging and accepting the client's feelings and thoughts. Our goal is to improve your mental well-being and increase your quality of life by weaving your thoughts and freeing your mind from stress.

What are the operating hours of the mindfull mediation office?

We are available from 9 am to 7 pm (Monday through Friday), On Saturday we are Open from 9 am to 1 pm.

If the need for medication appears, will you refer the customer to someone or self-prescribe?

We refer you to a healthcare professional.

Are Our family members allowed during Mindfull Mediation therapy sessions?

If any need arises in any of the sessions we let the family know and attend the same.

How long the Mindfull Mediation therapy sessions are conducted?

The sessions are designed after a 1-hour consultation. The mental state of mind and the problem is analyzed and accordingly 6 sessions are designed which will be once a week for roughly 2 months or twice in a week depending on the case with continuous monitoring. This helps you heal and deal with the situation and rediscover a new YOU. In case any additional sessions are required it will be intimated during the consult session itself.

After Mindfull mediation’s counseling sessions, are we given homework?

Yes! Regular monitoring of the client is a necessity to keep track of the development and analyze the changes hence homework is compulsory and to be submitted every day by 11.59 p.m.

What is expected in mindfull Mediation counseling sessions?

At Mindfull Mediation analysis is done on the mental health of the client and sessions are formulated to help the clients unwire the mind of all negative and bothering thoughts. We make sure these sessions are good enough for the client to organize their thought processes and these learnings will help the client throughout their lifetime.

What are common Techniques Used at Mindfull Mediation?

At Mindfull Mediation we provide you with a safe and confidential environment where your mind can declutter all its bothersome thoughts that are suppressed or are not shared due to various reasons and are taking a toll on your mental health. The sessions are divided into; Talking through the gateway settings, Conditional Therapy Sittings, and lastly Reconstruction and Reintroduction to the new life which helps unburdened from past clutches of negative thoughts. At Mindfull Mediation, we rewire the mind into sound thinking and decision-making behaviors.
