Mein zindagi ka saat nibhata chala gaya…har fikr ko dhooe mein udata chala gaya…..beautiful line wherein we lead the life according to how it comes releasing our worries along with the smoke…..sometimes its mandatory we release all our worries and concentrate on how to make our lives easy and attain happiness.

In life we have that point wherein there is no more absorption and it is better to come to this point early. We normally say work till 40 or 45 n then rest in life, but instead of working and earning money till 45 I would say work on yourself also and get to the saturation point early in life. I sometimes feel I complicate the readers with my topics and my words. But I am just trying to put forth what life has displayed in a plate so that it can be picked and digested in an easy form hahahahaha. In all my topics written so far on stress, expectation, etc there is a point where stress also stands up and says aren’t you tired of me just relax………… there is a point you reach when you are so stressed that no more stress can make any more damage……..due to 2 reasons………. One where you have said I DON’T CARE and second is where you are able to diagnosed the stress and tried to handle it and have discarded it…… both ways are good but the saturation point is that point wherein it doesn’t affect you at all so you neither have to say I DON’T CARE not have to DISCARD IT coz you never absorbed it in the first place. Total bliss….

Omg you are a saint now hahahahahaha…….. but believe me you will be in an outstanding position if you can handle it that way. I always have an argument with my mom when I forcibly tell her to take up this path hahahaha she says what you think I have a button which will give me this saintly traits hahaha.  Jokes apart I have tried it many times and of course never been so successful coz the first step to this achievement is when you leave the love for expecting anything from anyone around you. I am sorry if I make it feel that we need to be self centered omg a big NO NO, but the bliss achieved by this would be really awesome. Now I am confused hahahaha… just joking………..

I am able to reach to this point just coz of one experience of mine………. I am a bhakasur of expectation hahahaha makes me feel so FAT now hahahaha I have tons of expectation…..but  from my LOVED ONES only.. which is fair enough… I don’t even leave my daughter I expect that little one also to give me back the love I give her………. Coming to the experience two of them actually.

 I am a very sensitive person so I expect a lot… in one situation I expected to get something which required that person to change completely that means he/she would not be his/her self anymore……. After many years of trying to expect I realized it is not this person who needs to change its me who has to evolve myself in a way to absorb it to a point that I do not feel the need for the change………… and you would not believe it but I did find that this mantra of not getting affected really works……. That day I realized that it is me who is expecting to the core from a person who can give only that much…….

 

And in my second experience I expected a person to change something for me coz that would make me happy……….hahaha m laughing coz I was a fool………. I realized that you can change something which is bad maybe but cant change something which is good unless that person wants it to be changed for you………………. My writeup ‘try the change’ works only when you want a change from a person or for a person whom you love which would really make you happy…….. you cant forcibly change someones habit just coz you want to be happy…………there is a thin contradictory line here……………..

So I am a saint now hahahaha nope not at all……………I realized 2 things:

1] reach a point of saturation as it will give you a correct direction of how not to waste time in changing something or expecting something or any other thing for that matter……..just don’t get affected with it………. It actually doesn’t really matter unless you activate your brain and fit a bad command of saying OO IT AFFECTS ME……….. just delete it……..

2] and second concentrate on reaching a point wherein your happiness is loaded and you have a battery full just by not putting your thoughts in wrong direction……..by that I mean concentrating only on how to be happy by not making anyone else unhappy………….. expect depending on the limitations others have…………. Get stressed to the point where body doesn’t get affected……….
