The way to a normal life would be carved through a lot of difficulties which we all have to go through and is just a passing phase wherein there is always positivity at the end like darkness ends up in sunshine…………phew……… I took a deep breath while writing this long sentence hope you took a while reading it hahahaha

We love to play games, solve brain teasers etc………..most of us do………. but when it comes to our lives we give up quickly just coz we cannot solve the same games or teasers sent to us by our own brains as original MADE BY US.

Of course this is easier said than done but is always a good habit to check on yourself from time to time. It’s high time we introspect ourselves also to redefine ourselves our abilities and also differentiate between what we are trying to achieve and what we require to live a decently healthy life.

When we say stress…. What do I mean…… ooo that rodent as I said before whose entry is unknown… when entered is difficult to remove as it proliferates like hell and working hard on either killing it or trapping it or throwing it away or some other sophisticated solution is the only way out….Do you think this works?…… this brain rodent is easier in removing btw only n only if we are interested in doing so….. next question would be…………ooo really how?????

How????? Good question…… solution even better…… divert the thought…. Oooo is this the solution???? Its like saying the rodent is in the verandah so lets close it and not go to the verandah lets stay inside…… good solution?????

Then why divert…….

Now take a paper…  pen/pencil….. sit down with a cup of tea/coffee….. n pen down…….. what???? What to pen down???

Thinking process is the best….. sit down and

1] think of all the things/situations/relations/etc which could affect your mood

2] the percentage of change due to these things/situations/relations/etc

3] the importance of these things/situations/relations/etc

4] check the percentage v/s importance of these things/situations/relations/etc

5] once done….ponder if the important levels you have marked for these things/situations/relations/etc is valid?????

Keep this aside and …………….Sip your tea/coffee….hahaha

Ok now taking some simple examples….. things which could hurt you…………………….

  • My friend called me and told me something about me which he/she thinks is bad……
  • Some friend or family backbiting…….
  • I was to buy this flat/house in so n so complex but it was priced too high so I have to give up
  • I wanted to eat something special today but could not eat it
  • I could not complete my project and the time limit was today
  • I could not buy something I wanted
  • Someone from the family isn’t well
  • I am having a problem with my husband/wife
  • My parents are forcing me on doing something which I don’t intent doing
  • Etc etc

The minute you have written down your problems…………. Calculated percentage of change due to these problems………….jotted down the importance of these problems in our lives….. half problem is solved……. For sure……………. Check this out yourself…….

You know what is missing in all these stress issues which are Made by US….. expressing ourselves…… expressing can sort out millions of problems……u bet it works….. try it out and see…

We know the three perfect words which are important and have very sharp feelings………..guessed by now……..I LOVE YOU…………But I will tell you those three perfect words which are even more important and have sharper feelings for those people whom we need to say sometimes…… which will make you stronger tooooo………… Stay tuned.
