In this fast moving world we totally get engrossed in moving forward mostly forgetting to move along with our loved ones and this disastrous calamity Covid 19 has brought everything to a standstill for a while. It helped us in this big mission of family time, me time, fun time and relaxation time. Of course not for mothers haha coz they have a 24/7 duty which no calamity can change it would only increase the intensity of the duty but never decrease it. We can do all the odds we wanted to try out during this Covid 19 break that we have at present.

But for now………a big question??………Have you ever tried changing something for that person whom we love??? Mostly some do it as a responsibility or just with the thought that it will make them sad. But try to change for a change with the thought of making someone happy….. that feeling is awesome….even if the change is something you would never do even if God comes down and tells you to..  This change can bring you more closer and the knot of love will be more tighter than before. Hahaha too philosophical but true….

An important fact would be to bring in the changes without altering ones identity. Now that’s a contradictory statement isn’t it???? But we need to be clear….. there is a thin film between these two.  As I said we need to change a bit to make a person happy coz that will make you happy its like a boomerang hahaha but by this I don’t mean you need to change your identity with the change you will try to make. This would be the key which is important for your self esteem. There are people who change or I would say compromise their life for others which lowers the self esteem mostly. So keep that thin film and work on this and we also need to know what we really want. All this sounds funny or petty but this can or does help in the mental stability of a person.

The feeling that someone is there for me irrespective of my behavior or my looks or anything about me which could be negative… is a bliss… in other words unconditional love from a person. But there is just one problem here which can lead to 80% stress and that is due to our expectation. We expect the same amount of love or affection from that person too which mostly we don’t get. So 2 options here either stop loving someone…..would that be possible???? or stop expecting something back?????…..Too saintly rite?. It’s a rare case where the feelings come back 100% and you should be dead lucky for the same. All this is tricky absolutely. Life is complicated so we need to deal with it delicately.

So can we try this change for your family or friend or boyfriend/girlfriend or husband/wife etc. This change we can always see….… I would call that a defect hahaha….. which a mother/father has for their child… unconditional love without any expectation………absolutely flawless.

Try it out and see…… try this change…….. I am sure 60% of your problems would be sorted out. I am saying this coz this love keeps you in faith of being loved  but then Mental stress is just another rodent we have……why rodent…coz we don’t realize when it attacks and why it attacks hahaha .

I am trying this change myself and it looks difficult but slow and steady wins the race for sure.

Try Try we can succeed but for now Try the Change we can definitely succeed.
