Living in a particular format in life doesn’t mean it will remain the same all your life; it does change during the course of time with respect to the prevailing conditions. So in case we are happy with happy times we need to be ready when times are hard too. Solutions are there for all the problems created as they are fully man made problems but instead of finding solutions if we resort to being suicidal it’s very serious which needs to be sorted asap coz the amount of stress or problems we have in lives are huge so we need to think over it and come out with proper solutions.  

When we hear of a suicide or an attempt of suicide we feel why the hell he or her did this, but we never know what that person must be going through at that moment and in that spur of seconds they end up taking decisions wherein they won’t think of the consequence of the same.  So we cant judge a person who is stressed as it’s a big issue in the current sophisticated world.

In my previous write up I spoke about the problems MADE BY US leading to stress and the reasons for the same that we must have jotted down. Now that we know those million reasons leading to stress in our lives,………. what to do with them?????………… can we deal with it ourselves without taking any wrong decision????? If you can like some people think as EGO is more important than the stressful life they are in hahahaha or some people really can solve their problems on their own then WOW you are Superwomen/Superhero for sure………….. but if you are not…… neither am I hahaha we need to find a probable solution………….. how???????????? Easy…………

We need to find out who is that sensible lovable trustworthy person we have in our lives whom we can share anything n everything….. it can be the most toughest cranky person but the one you would love to express yourself comfortably…….. Firstly figure out who this person is and talk to her or him whenever necessary. Again this may not sound very practical or not sensible to some but it makes a huge difference for sure…..

Not necessary talking to person it can be chatting with that person also can make a difference. All depends on your compatibility with that person…….. I somehow cannot chat it out……….. I need to talk………….btw I have a friend whom I find different when I chat with and just the opposite when I talk to in person……….chatting takes me yards away from her……..talking in person gets me even closer than ever with her………….

I remember I had made an imaginary penfriend in school and college wherein I expressed everything to her…………….psychic did you say??????????? Hahahaah don’t worry  Its fun you just feel relaxed after you pen down thoughts, when you don’t have proper friends I mean……………..By writing anything down I don’t mean a diary just writing what happened all day or just writing what you feel…………….. if you are going to try out writing about your stress through words you need to be careful to get solutions too……………. What??? Foolish is it??????????? Nope………..try this out

 

When you are writing imagine your so called pen friend reacting to the problem and think of a solution which they would come out with………. Relate yourself…………. If you cant relate then rethink…………

Thinking process can get you to the best of thoughts which can open up the brighter side of you…….. you may come up to a level wherein you feel………….omg………..what was I thinking…………… is this krap the problem of my stress…………….

I have done it to most of my problems…………………. Most not all of course I am not a saint hahhaah……

The other problems would be those where we need to use the three word strong perfect words which I said before and those are ‘I DON’T CARE” omg mind you its works wonders. We need not care for somethings which we build up just to stress and really has no value unless you have no other thing to think off and get stressed hahaahha. It like lockdown hai lets get stressed out with something to pass time hahahaha.

Please express yourself before taking any decision causing a huge loss to your near and dear ones. It’s an easy decision for sure but not the final resort to the stress or problems which you would be going through. Kindly call or chat with your friend/family/teacher/doctor or anyone whom you are comfortable with.

The one most important mantra after expressing yourself until you find the brighter side of you… something most important is required…………. Very helpful………mark my words……….. works like wonders if executed properly…………..stay tuned
